Classic Condiment Station

Condiment Station is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel for years of service and is guaranteed by Benchmark's exclusive three-year warranty. It features two pump wells that will accept #10 cans, 1.5 gallon containers or 3-quart stainless steel jars. The color-coded pumps dispense a maximum of one ounce per stroke. Three, ninth-size, 4" deep inset pans are included for your favorite condiments.

The inset well is insulated and includes 2-cold packs to keep your condiments cool and fresh for extended periods of time. The clear hinged-lid protects the condiments and has a stay-open feature for easy access. The lid also features three cut-outs for serving spoons or ladles.

Serving Station With Stainless Steel pump

This condiment serving station features a stainless steel condiment pump in each end well. Pumps are designed to dispense directly from a #10 can or stainless steel jar (3-quart/2.8 L) or 1-gallon (3.8 L jar. Standard features include:

            • 2 stainless steel pumps with captured valve balls to eliminate loss
            • 1-oz. (30 mL) stroke
            • Easy-to-adjust portion control in ¼-oz. (7 mL) increments
            • One-piece hinged lid over pans help keep condiment safe

Compact Serving Station

To create a compact footprint, this condiment serving station is designed with two levels. The top level, in the back, includes two CP-1/6 pumps. The bottom level, in front, is covered with a hinged clear lid over two 1/6 size pans 6" (15.2 cm) deep to keep condiments visible.

The CP-1/6 pump is designed to dispense directly from a 1/6-size steam table pan, 6" (15.2 cm) deep. Standard features include:
