Set Of Hold Cold Jars

This set includes both a black and white HOLDCOLD™ jar to color-code the switch out of jars on day and night shifts. Inside depth is 10" (25.4 cm) with a capacity of 2¼-quarts (2.1 L). HOLDCOLD™ jars are constructed of durable ABS plastic and filled with a non-toxic refrigerant gel. Each jar is notched to allow the lid to close over a ladle for increased sanitation. They also have molded feet to prevent tipping. Prior to use, place jar in the freezer for eight hours. HOLDCOLD™ Jars will maintain product temperature for up to 12 hours, when placed in an insulated unit and filled with refrigerated product.

The deep fountain jar is 10" (25.4 cm) deep with a 3.5 qt (3.3 L) capacity.

Server plastic fountain jars are notched to allow the lid to close over a ladle for increased sanitation. Plastic fountain jars are constructed of high-impat Polypropylene. They also have three exclusive features: rear tabs with holes to allow a Sanitary Hinged Lid #82545 to attach to the jar, molded feet to prevent tipping, and side slots for use with Hinged Lid #80310.

The shallow fountain jar is 7 ¾" (19 cm) deep with a 2-quart (1.9 L) capacity.

Eutectic Ice Pack, Rectangular

Polyethylene plastic gel-filled ice pack keeps contents cool up to 4 hours, when used properly. Use with Server Insulated Serving Bars.
