We recommend the hot dog steamers for large groups of people. They can cook up to 150 dogs at a time. They also have a place for the buns. However, having the buns in a steamer for a long period of time will cause them to be like sponges. Best if served within an hour or so.

The hot dog machine will put on a show and allow you to cook about 36 hot dogs at a time, while keeping the buns warm just above. The machine will allow fairly easy access for self-serve while keeping all the food products warm and sanitary.

Choose the hot dog roller grills if you have a clean cooking enviroment. Sizes range from 10 to 45 hot dogs, polish sausage or brats. Best location is in a kitchen. Keep in mind if you are offering self-serve, you may want to think about a sneeze guard. This may be required to receive a food service certificate in some states. Hence, you don't want your customer coughing or sneezing on the food. Hot dogs kept on a roller grill for a long period of time (6 hours or so) may cause certain kinds to start to shrink.

You may want think about adding a place for a condiment holder. This added feature will help your customers garnish their hot dogs easier. Remember, easier serving ideas means higher profits for you.
