Any item that is marked Free Shipping-If an item that is marked Free Shipping is returned or refused, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred (this includes our cost to ship the item to the customer) unless previous authorization is approved. A 15% restocking fee will apply unless another item of equal or more value is returned.
All equipment except popcorn machines- Non used machines or carts my be returned. There will be a 15% restock fee to cover the cost of re-boxing the items. Any shipping charges incurred for returning any item is the responsibility of the customer.. They must be shipped back in their original boxes. Used machines my only be repaired and not returned.
Server Products: Any un-used Server Products merchandise is subject to a 25% restock charge in addition to any shipping charges incurred.
Pizza Ovens: You may not return a pizza oven unless not used and in original box. If a oven becomes defective, please contact us and we'll make arrangements for repair.
